Hey, I’m Mikaela.
I’m the the owner of Klip London and here’s a little bit about me.
I began by assisting at Mayfair's ‘Mahogany’ salon, before completing my foundation in cutting and colour at the Saco academy. I then started hairdressing at ‘Taylor Taylor London’ for 5 years. Whilst there, I obtained my Master Colour Programme with Wella Academy and got promoted to senior stylist. I also worked with the team at ‘Not Another’ in its first year of being open. Over this time, I have established myself an extensive and loyal clientele. From there, I got the opportunity to work independently at guys and dolls salon. This has lead me to setting up Klip London, a fresh and unique studio in East london.
Having worked on music videos, fashion shows and photo shoots, I’ve been able to continue exploring new ideas and techniques amongst other talented and inspiring people.
I pride myself in understanding my clients’ needs and creating wearable styles that suit their hair type, personality and lifestyle. I love my job, I love my clients and I love to help create the desired target look for my clients.
